Oops I got sued sounds like a great show. I think it might be a little easier sell if you found people who had just started the process that you could follow, without taking on the liability, though it's a way less interesting hook that way for sure ;)

My thoughts exactly. Alex, you could still make it happen following a person instead of getting sued yourself. I’d listen to this!

1. I would absolutely listen to a podcast about people navigating the civil law world!

2. Looks like you included a website where you intended to include an email address in one spot in the final paragraph.

I'd even listen to 'Oops, I Got Sued for Scrambling a Song About Twitter,' the horror story.

Ngl, I do kind of want to hear Sabrina Carpenter's take on Pavement.

I think for me as a fan of podcasts and of TLDR and ReplyAll there are certain aspects that I would retain:

1. It is about people. Things are interesting but it is the people that are involved that are more interesting. Example: RA episodes #6, #120

2. Details matter. RA episodes #61, #144, all the YesYesNos

3. Take serious things with a pinch of salt, take silly things really seriously. RA episodes #36, #29, #79

All of the above applies to This American Life, StartUp, 99PI, Heavyweight, etc. and is what makes them a joy to listen to.
