I too also love this conspiracy theory. What's more amusing, is all of the pictures of the Trumps and Clintons together in the mid-oughts, along with an interview of Donald praising Hillary in 2008 during the Democratic party convention...

Growing up just a few miles North of there, I saw the original not too long after it opened. No real objections to it. But I never went back to see it again. And I did go to the park plenty of times after that. (And like all the other "rides" in the park, it's free.)

So yea; you're spot-on rehash of some of the most bland generic things you learned in high school.

I had forgotten how uncanny valley and creepy the Polar Express was until I re-watched the clip here. Goodness it was awful!

As a huge animatronics fan I can at the very least confirm that Disney does in fact reuse their animatronics a LOT. Even when certain characters are still in use, they're keen on reusing face molds or other components of previous characters they've worked on, especially for background characters in ride scenes. A great example of this is on the ride Spaceship Earth, two of the characters on that ride share face molds with characters from the Carousel of Progress. One is John/the father, and the other is his daughter as she's shown in the final futuristic scene of the show. They're both just dressed in Renaissance garb on Spaceship Earth, so nobody notices unless you point out to them that they're the same faces. Probably a creepy fact to some, but I think it's neat!
