I use the name Allen on social media to promote my information security content and I'm of the opinion that people may confuse your music content and believe it to be from me and cause my serious social media content to be disrespected leading to me not being able to find gainful employment and therefore loss of revenue and enjoyment of life.

What pisses me off here is that these multi billion dollar companies can throw around these legal threats when they KNOW, they already know, that they are not on the right side of the law. But they have the $$ to intimidate anyone into silence, because who in their right mind is able to spend money to fight them in court? You're lucky that someone is doing it pro bono for you , but normal people wouldn't have a chance in hell and would have to do whatever the company tells them to do, just on threat of being sued.
TLDR the legal system is utter bullshit and it's infuriating
I feel like Youtube probably already has edited videos of people putting together sheds (Tuff or not), but I think you might want to really consider streaming yourself doing that ASAP.

As someone in the depths of a masters in IP law this has really tickled me, a+ trademark infringement content
