My other suggestion would be a cheaper tier of hyper fixed premium that only gives certain benefits like access to the discord, but not necessarily the bonus episodes
I sort of feel like with the Claire episode, you got her on the show, but you didn’t necessarily get the cross promotion from her and that you might’ve wanted (i.e. a video of her making said cake and mentioning Hyperfixed in it). So yeah, I don’t know if that’s helpful but I feel like if you want to do more stuff like that it’s gotta be a little more reciprocal maybe
Ratings and reviews are super important to discoverability. If you're not asking listeners to rate & review at least once per episode, you're missing an opportunity.

Loved this. And I love the transparency that isn’t required at all, but appreciated! I’ve been listening since TLDR, and will continue to listen!
